Co-Occuring Disorders

We have the ability to work with patients who have multiple diagnoses. Our clinicians are not limited to strictly treating substance abuse. Our treatment team includes two Master’s Level Clinical Social Workers who have over 25 years of experience in working with addiction and co-occurring issues. We have experience in working with common co-occurring disorders such as Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, Bi-polar Disorder, PTSD, ADHD, Eating Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, Self-Harming Behavior, Anti-Social Personality Disorder, Narcissism and other personality traits or disorders.

We are willing to accommodate anyone suffering with a co-occurring disorder as long as they are willing to engage in the therapeutic process and, if indicated, comply with medication management. We are also willing to work with local psychiatrists, addictionologists, or medical psychologists who are medically treating patients with co-occurring disorders.

The types of therapy employed by our clinicians include, but are not limited to:

  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy
  • Experiential Family of Origin and Trauma Work
  • Psychodynamic Therapy
  • Relational Psychotherapy
  • Christian Counseling
  • Gestalt Therapy
  • Transactional Analysis
